Udo Okonjo is the founder and convener of Power Woman Africa, a continental platform advancing women’s leadership, wealth, and legacy at scale.
For over 15 years, she has worked at the intersection of leadership development, entrepreneurship, and capital, building ecosystems that equip women not just to participate but to lead with authority, ownership, and long-term impact.
She is the former Founder of Inspired Women of Worth (IWOW), one of Africa’s earliest and most respected women’s leadership platforms, through which thousands of women across Nigeria, Africa, and the diaspora were trained, connected, and advanced across business, corporate, public sector, and professional services.
Udo’s work has consistently focused on what women need at the next stage of their leadership, particularly those operating at senior and decision-making levels who require strategic frameworks, peer-level networks, and access to capital conversations to scale sustainably.
Alongside her leadership development work, Udo is the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Fine & Country West Africa, where she leads a premium real estate advisory focused on wealth creation, asset ownership, and cross-border investment strategy.
A trained lawyer admitted to the Nigerian Bar and the New York Bar, she spent over two decades in legal practice, including senior roles in corporate and commercial law and public sector advisory.
She has served as Senior Special Adviser on Legal and Constitutional Matters to the Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and as a Partner in a leading commercial law firm.
Her academic and executive education reflects a deep commitment to global standards and lifelong learning, including advanced training at King’s College London (LLM, Corporate & Commercial Law), Oxford Saïd Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School, Lagos Business School, and the National University of Singapore. She is also a certified Executive Coach (Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute) and actively coaches C-suite leaders and high-impact founders.
